SMS Terms & Consent
This SMS Terms & Consent page describes how text messaging may be used by Verve Solution Architects, LLC ("VerveSA") and by VerveSA customers using PractiFlo.
Program Description
PractiFlo may be used to send administrative, operational, and customer or patient communication messages, including:
- appointment reminders and confirmations;
- scheduling and waitlist messages;
- forms and intake reminders;
- payment notices and receipts;
- account, support, and service notifications;
- limited promotional or practice-marketing messages only where the required consent has been obtained.
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from VerveSA or from a VerveSA customer using PractiFlo, as applicable.
Consent may be collected through:
- website forms;
- digital or paper intake forms;
- account registration flows;
- direct requests for text communications;
- other written or electronic consent methods permitted by law.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Sample SMS Opt-In Language
Practices may use the following language when collecting SMS
consent from patients (for example, on intake forms, scheduling
forms, or registration paperwork). Replace [Practice Name]
with the practice's name.
By checking this box and providing my mobile number, I agree to receive SMS messages from [Practice Name] using PractiFlo for appointment reminders, scheduling updates, forms, billing notifications, and, if applicable and separately consented, promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Sample SMS Templates
These are examples of the message types a Practice may send to consenting patients through PractiFlo. Practices replace bracketed fields with their own information.
1. Appointment reminder
[Practice Name] via PractiFlo: Reminder of your appointment on [Date] at [Time]. Reply C to confirm or call [Phone] to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out.
2. Form reminder
[Practice Name] via PractiFlo: Please complete your forms before your visit here: [Secure URL]. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
3. Payment notice
[Practice Name] via PractiFlo: Your statement is ready. View and pay securely here: [Secure URL]. Reply STOP to opt out.
4. Recall or operational message
[Practice Name] via PractiFlo: It may be time to schedule your next visit. Reply YES and our team will follow up, or call [Phone]. Reply STOP to opt out.

Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your relationship, appointments, requests, account activity, and communication preferences.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive additional SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

Sender Identification
Messages should identify the practice or business associated with the communication. Where appropriate, messages may also reference PractiFlo or VerveSA as the software or service provider.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with SMS messaging is subject to the Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties except vendors or service providers that support message delivery, customer support, security, or platform operations on behalf of VerveSA or the applicable sender.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Important Limitation
SMS is not for emergency communications. Do not use text messaging to communicate urgent or life-threatening medical or dental issues. In an emergency, call 911 and contact the appropriate provider directly.
